What can I do if the goods ordered is not good or I do not like?
If an item does not meet your expectations , we can make it within 14 days from the first delivery attempt by the carrier.
The goods in return can only be accepted if it meets the following conditions:

  • They should not be worn, washed or altered, and must not show any sign of use.
  • Each item must be returned with all labels , packaging and accessories ( dustbags , hangers, garment covers , etc.) Received along with the order. All BAGS AND, Accessories, must be returned together with their ENVELOPE AND / OR original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and must not have been in any way damaged and / or altered.


Notes:

  • All returned merchandise is subject to inspection by Dreams-store.it and must comply with all parameters listed in the return process . Dreams-store.it reserves the right to establish a charge equal to 10 % of the value of the returned goods in cases where the return does not comply with all terms and conditions provided by our returns policy .
  • Dreams-store.it reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or shipped with DHL couriers other than Acceptance of these returns , however, involves a charge equal to 10 % of the value of goods returned.
  • In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or you may experience errors in shipments by Dreams-store.it , follow the same instructions for a return. Dreams-store.it reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective merchandise and bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods at his premises.



How can I return an item?
To request authorization to return, the customer must log into your account, enter the "History and details of my orders" section and click on "Details" of the product you want to return. At this point, scroll down the page until you see the tab of the ordered products. If you want to return one or more products, check the corresponding boxes, and indicates an explanation of the return. Then click on the "Execute a return note" button. You can add a comment about the order by selecting from the dropdown menu the product and writing in the space provided of text. Once you have received the return request, Dreams-store.it will send the customer a written confirmation containing the Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the corresponding waybill to be applied to the package.
The customer will then prepare the package with the product or products that it intends to make and deliver all the courier will pick him up directly at the place specified for the return agreed.

The return of the items to be assigned to DHL courier within 7 days of written authorization to the Customer by the department Returns Dreams-store.it 


How can I change an item?
Customer must access their account, enter the "History and details of my orders" section and click on "Details" of the product that you wish to change. At this point, scroll down the page until you see the tab of the products ordered. If you want to change one or more products, check the relevant boxes and indicates an explanation of the replacement. Then click on the "Execute a return note" button. Upon receipt the request of "exchange for goods" Dreams-store.it will send the customer a written confirmation containing the Change Authorization Number (CAN) and the corresponding waybill to be applied to the package.

Please indicate on the form of refunds, the item that you want to change and the article you wish to receive as a replacement, adding a comment about the order, selecting from the dropdown menu the product and writing in the space provided of text.
You can only carry out the change if you want to receive the same item of another color / size, or if the price of the replacement not exceed the amount paid.
In this case shipments outward and return for size exchange will be borne by you and correspond to EUR 15.00 payable in cash within the package.
For your convenience our courier will come directly to your home agreeing in time with you!


If you return an item as it happens the return of the amount paid?
Repayment is made with the same payment method with which you previously chose to pay. Example: If you pay by credit card, the refund will be made on your credit card.


How quickly I'll be refunded the amount of the goods that I returned?
Since Dreams-store.it receive the returned product, and check the integrity it takes about 3-5 working days


What happens if goods I returned bears the signs of use?
If an item brings clear signs of use as lipstick stains or makeup, odors, etc.. the goods is considered used and will not be accepted for return. In this case, the goods will be returned. You can return an item if it is defective (complaint), if the size is wrong, if you don’t like the item or if you want to replace it with another article. We assume that the returned goods will be received always in impeccable condition.
